Wychbury is a family business led by Adam, Daniel and Sara Johnson
Adam Johnson: a fully qualified nurse specializing in the care of children, takes a consultancy role to the company while still working in the national heath service at the Birmingham Chidrens Hostpital as a senior ward manger.

Daniel has been active with in the business from his early teens. Starting from the grass roots, to discover what makes everything tick. He has studied
business management to enhance the growth of the Wychbury Care services.
His time served at Wychbury has helped him to develop a sensitive appreciation of the elderly, balanced with the required business skills. Recently Daniel has been named as the Chairman of the West Midlands Care Association.
Administration Manager is Sara Bate ( Johnson).
Again she has been active with
in the business from a very early age. Sara is an accomplished carer and is N.V.Q qualified in care. She is a C&G qualified assessor for the accreditation and training of N.V.Q's in care, and is working toward her City & Guilds Management level four award.
Property and Estate Manager is David Lingard who has been at Wychbury since 1986. David has amassed vast knowledge of the building and it's environment, and has been involved in all the expansion programmes.
He has also
been involved with the care elements and is City & Guilds qualified in the assessment and verification of N.V.Q care awards and training.
The care management team is headed by D.Lingard as
care co-ordinator and three senior care management members, Samantha Morris, Rachel Davenport, and Susan Totney who have between them many years of experience working with the elderly, and are City & Guilds qualified in care at both levels two and three. Their experience and knowledge form the bases of the care package and the individuals requirements.
The philosophy of care at Wychbury was laid down by Anthea Johnson during the first ten years using her knowledge as a fully qualified nurse and her own principles and beliefs.
The management team together with a staff of
30 endeavour to carry forward this philosophy as well as maintain the buildings and grounds, cook, clean and care for up to 44 people. They are dedicated to the care of the residents and are continually striving to ensure that Wychbury provides
the best care available. We are participants in the Hereford and Worcester County Council, Quality Assurance scheme with residents and relatives being represented on our consultative committee.
